Love this pan. It's important not to put the heat high. I used it once and it was fine.

Love it. Am never disappointed with any Tramontina product I have ever purchased. Nice quality products. This pot is the perfect size for so many uses. I use it for Chicken soup, Chili, spaghetti sauce, Chicken paprikash and blanching whole heads of cabbage for Cabbage rolls. A great size for a larger cooking batch.
