Quinine pills
This has helped a lot with my leg cramps. They get extremely painful, especially at night. It’s not 100% but it’s a big improvement before I started taking it.

Check the side effects of very high doses of Quinine before you buy.
After some research I discovered that 1000 mg or more of Quinine daily can have some very dangerous side effects on the heart. I only wish that I had researched before I made the purchase. I threw the full bottle in the trash.
