No jitters, but I don’t notice a increase in my energy when taking this product, very tasty and the strength is high quality, you will sweat after 30-45 minutes, my body heats up and melts off fat if I take this consistently. I also noticed it helps with my daily bowel movement.

I just started using it. The very first dose I took was several hours after a good workout. Yes I was noticing sweat and basic humid feeling even when relaxing. I was also driving and the seat of my jeans was damp when that would never happen before. The next two doses I took were without working out, and the effect was that it doesn’t allow any fat to linger in your system, this will eliminate loose stool before it is solid. So be prepared for that. That is why I took it in a safe place when I had day off and was just doing chores around the house. The most recent dose I took was before a workout but after my pre-workout meal, and I allowed one hour for my body to react. The workout went well, no cardio and I didn’t sweat much, so no surprise there. But I wore a puffy thermal jacket after the workout and went to a store where I walked around for 30 minutes, and I became humid again, and my shirt and pants definitely were damp. Pretty interesting stuff. I really like the effect where it works after you work out, for me that is really nice. I’m going to try hitting the sauna after a workout for the ultimate sweat out.

So I have tried everything. And honestly, I was buying this telling myself. It’s not gonna work. So I read the instructions and I said you can take half a cap and they’ll be one spoon or one full cap and I will be equivalent two spoons. So I decided I’m gonna take a full cap and that I’m not gonna work out and I’m gonna take it at 7 PM. Technically it’s supposed to work after 30 minutes. It took a whole hour for it to work right now. It’s 8:39 PM. I did not work out. I’m just laying in bed and man. I am sweating like crazy. I don’t know what’s going on. I’m gonna keep taking it and let’s hope it works. If it truly end up working, I will change the stores to five but because today is the first I might try it. I’m not gonna give it full five stars till I know that end result.
