I stopped taking the "skin, hair and nails" supplements because I could get a higher potency and the two active ingredients 2 supplements separately, higher does and for less money in the long run, (per month) and this is the biotin that I picked and the one I love. You dissolve it in your mouth, I put it under my tongue & it tastes good. I also purchased a huge bottle of collegian 1 and 3, (2 does nothing for your skin, nails or hair, just 1 &3). I use them both every night before bed. My nails don't chip or rip - no brittleness at all. Even my thinning eyelashes are full enough to curl and look full on their own with little mascara. I used to buy thick/long mascara & looked like a clown! Now my lashes and nail are pretty again and my hair is growing more quickly (if only a hair salon were open these days)
