This computer was so easy to set up. I was able to do it myself and I am not computer literate. I was able to copy most of my downloads, pictures, bookmarks, etc. with a USB stick. The problems I have encountered are when I remove the USB stick, my downloads disappear, so I have to plug it back in, which is most likely user error. I am not familiar with some of the programs, so I'm kind of stuck there as well. But I will get it figured out sooner or later. So far, I am loving the speed, size, and graphics.

It's a must-have. The monitor is large enough for us seniors. I highly recommend it.

Fast delivery. Ordered it the 4th and had it on the 6th. Was easy to set up and get running. Getting used to Windows 11 after years of Windows 7. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase. Don't count on HP support is a total joke if you need them.

Works great

I know this is an inexpensive desktop, but I can't believe how poor the quality of the hardware is. The mouse lasted less than a week, the keyboard is barely functional, the video quality from the camera looks like video from my daughter's $25 play camera, and the speakers are barely audible despite my going through the an hours worth of speaker and driver repair. Not worth the money. I'm honestly shocked that HP put its name on something so poorly made.
