I have used this for a month now. It really works.So I was having issues with what I think is perimenopause symptoms. Such as bad mood, anger and unhappiness.I noticed within the first week a major difference in my mood. I don’t feel so angry or sad or upset. I can actually be around my kids without yelling at them and being just in a bad mood constantly. I felt guilty that I wasn’t happy. I’m more calm and able to control any outbursts I may have had. I'm not sure how to feel about this supplement because I wasn't getting a period until I took them! I wanted to control my cortisol levels and be more relaxed after believing i was in full menopause due to vertigo,fatigue and no period for 5 months! 3 days into taking this supplement I started my period again. I'm not happy about that and was told I awakened my hormones again taking this. On the other hand I felt relaxed my vertigo went away and I was feeling good the first couple of days. I didn't take them yesterday but I'm still bleeding and don't even know if I should continue due to the other symptoms I originally took them for.

I have using this for a month now and do feel it's adding to my wellness. No harsh side-effects. No side-effects at all. My stress level and sense of anxiety has decreased which I am thankful for.
