FURINNO Turn-N-Tube 5-Tier Corner Square Rack Display Shelf, Round, Light Cherry/Black

This shelving unit is solid for the cost. Thankfully mine came without any flaws and really is easy to assemble. You literally stack the shelves and screw the legs in. No tools at all. It does come with zip ties to secure it to a wall but you can definitely find a better quality way to do that, if you choose. I have mine on carpet and due to its height, it’s obviously not going to be unflappable. But it’s not shaky, I’m not in fear it will suddenly topple over by self. On hard floors this wouldn’t move unless you picked it up. I highly suggest securing the legs as tight as they will go, while still aligning properly. That’s what I did and I believe that’s why it’s not shaky. And believe the weight limit for the shelves. This is not hard wood, it’s particle board and if you pile things on and surpass the six pounds, of course it’ll be unstable and break. This is definitely for smaller items and for things you’d want to display that are very light. If you have a heavy lamp, don’t. If you want to stack 500 page books onto a single shelf, it won’t end well. Take this for exactly what it is. It’s a nice cheap piece that’s for light use. I also would not count on this to hold up during a move, even if taken apart. If you want a decent looking shelving unit that can hold small figures, smaller books, some small fake plants, etc, this would be perfect. Don’t try to take it with you if you’re moving. Don’t push it past it’s limits. It’s incredibly light and easy to move around your home. If you’re looking for something more durable and can hold heavy items, DO NOT BUY THIS! You’re not paying for a solid wood piece of furniture. If you’re unsure if this will hold up to what you really need it for, save your money and buy something else. I’m using this for some Funkos and other small figures.

I’m very familiar with this company and their design of twist tube furniture. The most important thing is to know that this is light duty furniture that is super easy to put together and take apart, making it ideal for temporary use or if you move a lot. While inexpensive it is actually stronger than most of the particle board products that use twist cams or other fasteners. To assemble it you simple twist the connecting tubes using your hands, no tools are needed. Furinno has recently introduced a square tube version of some of their products, which gives it a slightly more attractive contemporary look. It is available for some of the color choices for this shelf but unfortunately not the black and gray version I wanted. I did compare the two styles and it seems the square tube makes the shelves very slightly less accessible but not by a lot. I needed a nightstand for the far side of a bed that only has just over twelve inches of space between it and the wall so I didn’t have a lot of options. Logic says that a tall tower unit like this would tip over easily but this one is so lightweight that if you put something with a little weight on the bottom shelf, like maybe a few books, it would be almost impossible to tip over. As a bedside unit it actually works out better than a traditional night stand because at least two of the shelves are easily reached, like for a clock on one of them and a place to charge your phone on the other, leaving the top and bottom shelf for a little knickknack or maybe a bedside lamp or a favorite framed photo. As a suggestion, when you assemble it, lay it on the floor rather than upright. Because this is such a narrow unit it tends to twist slightly as you add shelves. If you do it on the floor all of the shelves will be square with each other. When I bought similar pieces from this company a few years ago they used to include leveler floor protector feet for the bottom. They stopped doing that. That’s disappointing, the penny or two they saved makes their product less useful and more likely to scratch my floors. I wish they would go back to including this small but important part. Keep your expectations reasonable and you will probably agree that this is an acceptable quality for the price, but don’t expect magic.

I love the look of this shelf. The tubes were easy to screw together (there was only 1 stubborn one) and the ~5 ft height is tall enough to keep my plant away from my cats. The space in between each shelf is perfect too, just the right size to display a few of candles or knick knacks. The shelf itself is light and pretty flimsy (which was expected) so I placed it into a corner so the walls could give the shelf a bit of extra wobble protection. Unfortunately one of the corners was already damaged when I received it. I still used the shelf so my plant wouldn’t fall prey to my cats, but the sturdiness of that one corner worries me so I couldn’t display some of the slightly heavier stuff I originally wanted to. Overall a decent shelf for the price, just hope yours doesn’t get damaged before it gets to you!

In August of 24 this item was priced at $27 which I think made it an excellent deal. This item came with a lot of pieces but still went together tool free and easy even for one person. I like that it's attractive, sturdy and gave me some much-needed extra shelf space for my everyday items. I like how its dark finish fits in well with my other furniture pieces. I like how even though it's made up of only plastic square tubes and particle boards that it still looks good and gets the job done. I even mounted a paper towel dispenser on it with only a couple of zip ties. Overall, I really like this item. I'll likely buy another one and I recommend it with 5 stars.

This tall skinny shelf was just what I needed to fit a narrow space in my classroom between a bookshelf and my dry erase board. It is tall but not wide a doesn't stick out far from the wall. It was very easy to put together, you don't even need tools. You literally just twist the plastic poles into the shelves. Took just a couple of minutes to put the whole shelf together. I store board games on mine and it is sturdy enough for that amount of weight. I don't think I would put anything much heavier than that just to be safe, but it is fine to hold non-heavy objects. Very lightweight and easy to move once it's together. The price was great too.

Second purchase from this brand and love it! So easy to put together. Turned on my bathtub figured why not start this. Well I finished before my tub was full! They look nice and for the price you can’t beat it. Love that you can get square or cylindrical poles too.

Don’t let the negative reviews fool you! I’m so glad I went ahead and purchased this shelf with the bin. It’s exactly what I was looking for—great height, perfect size, and super functional. The hardware is included. Color is great! I didn’t use the plastic material. I haven’t added my decorative items yet, but I was able to assemble it on my own in about 20 minutes. The instructions were easy to follow, and this was my first time ever putting anything together! Some reviewers mentioned it was wobbly, but mine is not wobbly at all. You just have to make sure everything is properly aligned and tightened during setup. I’m really impressed with the quality and overall look. I’ll definitely be purchasing another one for my bedroom. Highly recommend!
