I own two Olevs watches. My other one looks too much like a Rolex, so I bought this one for everyday use. Save the Rolex look-a-like for when I want to impress people. Both watches are extremely reliable and durable. This particular watch fell off my wrist when the leather band (which was wearing out), broke and the watch fell two stories down to the concrete pavement. Boom, smash, crash, crack, shatter ..... from up above all I could see were parts. When I got downstairs, I began gathering the pieces .... band, retainers, watch backing plate. When I got to what was left of the watch main casing, the watch was still running absent a small crack in the crystal. Put the backing plate back on, ordered a new leather band and this watch is on my wrist every day, keeping perfect time. For the money, I would have to say, Olevs is the best watchmaker in the world. So many great looking models, hard to decide which ones to buy.

I love this watch the only thing I can say is that it arrived and was already running. There is no reason for that to be it could have been sitting in a warehouse for months and running the battery for nothing. The day also doesn’t always match the date not sure why. Other than that it so far is great I love it

A very attractive and comfortable basic watch. What I DON'T like was that it came with the battery running and it was deader than a doornail in less than 3 weeks. Absolutely no reason for this - the bevel should have been pulled out to stop the battery, then the purchaser would simply push it in to start the watch. It was faster at the time for me to simply order another one, thinking that the bevel being pushed in already was an unusual quality control error. No, same for the second watch. Dead battery in 2 months, instead of the usual 2 years. These watches have been sitting around in a warehouse for unknown periods just wearing down the batteries. If you know how to properly replace a battery you can do it for less than $5 US. If you don't want to fool with that, you'll pay between $15 and $20 at a jeweler's simply to replace the battery, potentially right after purchasing a brand new watch. On the basis of this apparent practice, which in decades of purchasing watches I have never observed, I don't recommend the watch. Despite its attractive look, do you want to pay an additional 65% of the price just to replace the battery? There are plenty of similar alternatives.

I bought this watch in July of 2025. I loved the look and size of it; it wasn't too big on my wrist. It was easy to change the time on it, and I liked that it showed the date on it. Wasn't too hard to read but I also have young eyes. However, I wore it for around a month and started to notice the leather starting to peel off the band. Then, just this weekend the band broke. Overall, I had the watch for a little over 4 months, and I now have to find another watch. Poor quality for the price, should've lasted me longer.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. She just started a new job as an HR Administrator and needed one badly. She loves the band especially as she tends to be allergic to several metals. In her words, "it is simple yet elegant". Definitely recommend.

Excellent quality

I have just received this watch so this review is based on initial appearance. It was already working so I have no idea how long the battery will last. Having said that it is a good looking watch and does indeed look more expensive than it cost. If the battery doesn’t last long I will update my review. (I have a very small wrist and was pleased to find I didn’t have to make another hole.
