It's one of those things I didn't know I needed until trying one. You know the feeling when your nose is stuffy and it's hard to breathe, but nothing really comes out despite blowing the nose as hard as you can? Or worse, when you have a sinus infection and it's endlessly full of yucky stuff... I can breathe easily again after cleaning out my sinuses with this nasal kit. The wand looks big but it goes comfortably quite deep and really cleans out whatever is hiding up there. I find it especially handy to be able to silently and quickly clean my nose when in a public place, like at the office or a restaurant or airplane - so much more discreet than having to loudly blow my nose and gross out people around me. The effects seem to be quite a bit longer lasting than after the regular nose blowing, AND it doesn't leave my nose red and irritated like frequent blowing does. Highly recommend!

I have cancer and the chemo I am on causes frequent nose bleeds. These are very gentle and perfect for a light cleaning and applying antiseptic. Would be 5 stars but these are pretty pricey for what they are.

NasoClenz Nasal Gel - Moisturizer and Cleanser (15 Pack) I got this for my grandson who has a lot of allergies. When it arrived it looked like a kit with extra large q-tips & a tube of cleanser. I can see that your nose might need a larger q-tip thingy, so I let my daughter show my grandson how to use it. While he had some slight relief, you only get 15 uses out of a pack that currently cost $30, so I feel the price is a bit steep.

Inside it says not to go deeper then the nostril which really did not help for the dry mucas I was dealing with. I dont have any other nasal issues so maybe it would be good for other things just not for the difficult to dislodge mucas at the top of your throat.

Look if you are in a dry area with dust/ sand, these bad boys will save your nose. It’s alleviated dryness and pain and low key the amount of dirt that was stuck in my nose was flooring
