Great iron quality yet hard to swallow
I love Metagenics products. Although this iron tablet works well for me, it’s hard for me to swallow. I will have to look for a capsule form.

Metagenics is my Go To for vitamins.
I became acquainted with Metagenics through an alternative Health Care Physician. I normally send my order directly to Metagenics but I was on Amazon, needed this one, so it made life easier getting it here. I take this for low iron plus this has Folic Acid which I also need. I used to get Folic Acid injection but now can't find anyone giving them so this supplement fits the bill supplying me with the iron plus the folic Acid. It does work because I get lab work done every six months and get the feedback. I was concerned I wouldn't absorb the Folic Acid but I am. Not like the injection can supply but it's keeping me in the middle zone. I definitely recommend this company. They are also very good answering any questions. I do wish they would make getting freezer packs easier.

Blood loss recovery
Working very well. Since I have been taking it, my Hemoglobin has been rising steadily after a lot of blood loss during a operation.
