Valuable deal
Really swift, fantastic build quality, excellent display, lightweight and battery lasts for almost 10 hours. Sound quality is mediocre. A bargain deal

Bad product
The laptop is new and good but the packaging is very poor and not secure. Amazon applied its sticker on Lenovo's box and did not provide any extra packing.

Defective item - device not working
I received a defective product, it is not get turn on after 10 days of usage, after that I have received DOA certificate from lenovo, even though I am unable to get refund or replacement or proper response from Amazon side. Device is not working after 10 days, even though I have possible way to get refund, they are not responded properly.

I have been using this device for the past two days, and my experience has been positive thus far. The battery life is impressive, and the processing capabilities are commendable. It is a suitable option for everyday users and offers good overall value for money. Just adding one thing seller needs be more careful about packaging.

Touch Pad Not working
I bought this Lenovo IdeaPad with high hopes, especially since I needed it urgently for my upcoming exams. Unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating. The touchpad did not work from day one This is not acceptable for a brand-new laptop, especially at this price point. Contacted Lenovo Customer Care also no one didn't respond
