Works great! Started a week ago to help with postpartum depression and perimenopausal symptoms and I already feel happier and have less mental chatter. Starting to feel more like my easy going self. Recommend taking in the morning with food, not at night as it can keep you up. St. John’s Wort can interact with other medications, including making birth control ineffective, so do your research and talk to your doctor. Do not take 5HTP with an antidepressant- too much serotonin can cause serotonin syndrome.

It’s working!! My son (who has been reluctant taking anything) had to admit he is feeling better, calmer and actually he is acting differently too, more positive and easy going than usual- it’s been only about 3 weeks!!! I can’t afford the ADHD/Autism testing and I’m afraid of the meds- prayers answered.

These have been great for my teenager. Before taking these he was always in a bad mood, didn't want to do anything but lay in his room. Pretty decent vitamins to help lessen my anxiety disorders. I had to stop taking them once I changed prescription medications though because Saffron and St Johns Wort could interact with my new ADHD meds. But while I was taking these vitamins, I noticed a decrease in my anxiety, panic attacks, and and increase in my mood and I felt pretty stable while taking these. If they wouldn't interact with my medications, I would still be taking these.

I have ADHD and moderate to high anxiety. These have been a positive game changer for me! They level me out emotionally and mentally, without any negative side effects or drastic difference to my personality or the way my brain feels or works. I can slow down and think straight, and I still feel like myself but a more functional and less anxious self. Medication has its purpose for some, but it’s not for me personally for a variety of reasons. I’m SO glad that I’ve found a natural and affordable way to help me manage all of the things that were once making my days much more difficult. I encourage you to ask your doctor if these could be an option for you too!

Don’t take the recommended dosage until you know how you react! My heart raced so fast I thought I would have to go to the hospital. It lasted several hours. My son takes them and does well with them and says they work for him. He only takes one.
