This item, whether the memory foam or gel version, provides plenty of lumbar support and is comfortable. The straps hold it nicely in position on my recliner so I don’t have to adjust its placement when I sit down. I think this pillow works best when you sit up straight, rather than recline but it supports your back when you do that too. I find the memory foam version to be a bit more comfortable than the gel one. I’m a lot happier with my recliner now that I’ve attached this pillow to it!

It's taken me almost a week to get used to it, but now that I have I'm glad I bought it. I use it in my desk chair and it has helped rid me of my back pain. It appears to be a good quality pillow, not one that is going to fall apart. It's firm but still comfortable. It comes vacuum sealed so you take it out as soon as you get it and let it sit out for about 12 - 24 hours to regain its full shape. I saw one review about an odor, and I did notice a smell when I first got it, but it seems to be the packaging, not the pillow. After I let it sit for 12 hours after unwrapping, the slight odor was gone. It took me awhile to figure out how to position it on my chair. But now it's strapped in place and works perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone with back pain after sitting at a desk too long.

Use it at my chair at work. It helps me to sit straight and no slouching therefore it helps my lower back.

I’m only giving three stars because all of these products are hit or miss. You really need to match the pad up with the chair. Knowing now, this is an in-person purchase. Product is fine, just didn’t work for me

Excellent cushion and support for my osteo-suffering spine. I take it everywhere and am thinking of getting one to designate for my car. Some reviews complain about the straps, but I have not found the need for them at all. The curves are in all the right places.

I have tried and returned different variations of lumbar support pillows, but this one is right for me. It's like Goldilocks and the 3 bears. Some were too hard, some too soft and ahhh... one was just right. For me? It is just right. Where lumbar support contacts my back has been a game changer for me. I know it isn't suggested for a recliner, but that is where I use it. It keeps me from slouching and am able to read or watch TV with my hubby at night without having to pause what we are watching, so that I can walk around to relieve the pain. It has just enough of a wrap around to make it very comfortable for my personal needs. It is well made. It also appears to form to my back after a couple of days use. I am very happy with this purchase. It is well priced and worth the money.

Great lumbar support pillow, best design with washable fabric and looks elegant I have a throughout review of your product and compare with 3 others companies. Noticed that the differences of your product is the temperature control (when weather is cold, will be firmer. when weather is warmth, will be softer according to your product specification) and the material. The cover of the lumbar support pillow is easy to maintain, breathable material in the middle section covering large part of the back area; and the side of the lumbar pillow is using velvet which looks elegant. Quite firm in supporting the back area but not hard like a solid rock which is important.

This support pillow is AMAZING! I usually get lower back pain and sometimes hip pain from long periods of sitting and/or driving. I had planned a road trip recently from Vancouver BC to LA, USA. 22+hrs each way and I had ZERO pain. Absolutely zero. It was amazing. I am so impressed with this support pillow I might just use it on the daily for my driving. Would highly recommend!
