I ordered this bag after doing a lot of research and picking up a lot of bags that were duds. For context I am a full time grad-student, full time employee, full time wife and mom. My typical contents include: 13” Mac laptop (the heavy one), full size planner, 2-4 smaller books (think non-textbook), and purse contents (wallet, phone, chargers, lipstick, etc.) PROS: - Beautiful! The color (mauve) is gorgeous, the bag feels and looks expensive, and I have received so many contents. The bag is practical without sacrificing style. - Well Made: the bag feels sturdy, holds all of my items, comes with a large variety of compartments, and feels secure whether being carried by the handles or wearing on the shoulder. - Price: For the quality, look, and size I feel like this bag is worth the money. In the past trying to get away with cheaper bags I have often found I spent way more replacing them more often than investing in a nice bag like this! CONS: - Zipper: As others have mentioned the zipper can get stuck. However, I have found that when I do not have it loaded down there is less tension on the closure area and there is no problem. So for me, that’s a sacrifice I make when loading it up- the zipper won’t be used that day. Overall, this bag is worth the money, holds up great, and is gorgeous! I would highly recommend!

Firstly I wanted to talk about the customer care experience that I received before moving to the product review. The bag that I initially received had a faulty inside zipper. The seller reached out to me upon getting to know my complaint and tried to do as much as she can to make me feel better and happy. She hardly took very few days from the date it got delivered to check on it, after patiently listening to me she was really gracious enough to send a replacement though she could have easily left a sorry note and went her path. She made sure my happiness and contentment was her first priority. She immediately sent replacement looking at the pictures shared with her regarding the problem and gave me the tracking number too. Her personal attention towards my satisfaction gave me the feel as if I had purchased it from a botique and not from an online e commerce giant. I would give 5 stars just for the customer service. Product review : I was so happy receiving this product and really liked the color and it was as shown in the picture. I was so happy for the packing (nicely wrapped in a soft white cloth bag and then placed in a sturdy cardboard box). The highlighting aspect is the thought full message inside, I had a feel that I was opening a present that someone sent me. It was a hit among my co workers when I showed them all the feature that I looked for while purchasing this laptop bag (extra space to keep few stuff like books, make up pouch, sunglasses etc so that I don't need to carry another handbag (sometimes I even pack my lunch and don’t carry my lunch bag, so much room inside), not that heavy at the same time sturdy, single strap as well as the adjustable handles, most importantly the studs that the bag had at the bottom (not letting it fall when I place it down) they all loved it and many got the amazon product link too. The zippers are sooper smooth without getting stuck and are of good quality. Me and my friend purchased pink and grey and both the colors looked exactly the same as in picture and stylish enough to pair it up with a wide range of wardrobe starting from jean to formal suite. I would definitely recommend this product.

I ordered this in a pinch because I needed a case/bag for a 17" laptop asap. I also need to carry notebooks and other stuff so I wanted something a bit roomy.....and I wanted as inexpensive as I could get, but still look good. This bag checked all the boxes and then some!! It is so sturdy and well made!! It looks EXPENSIVE!! I got the bright yellow because....well, I wanted it! No Regrets!!!! I will tell you that this is a BIG bag!! It has some weight to it (I was used to a canvas messenger bag)... and it has a couple of inches on each side of the laptop.... perfect for stuffing in a water bottle and/or power cord. It can easily become heavy.... but how heavy it is is up to you. The other thing I noticed that I LOVE, is that when I use the shoulder strap, It did not cut into my shoulder, nor did it slip off!!! Both the strap and the handles are adjustable!!! For under 50$ you can't beat the quality, the sophisticated look and the size!!

UPDATE 3/8/20: As my original review indicated, I was quite pleased with this bag. It was attractive, pretty color, sturdy, sophisticated, and like a tardis--inside was quite deceptively spacious compared to how it looked on the outside. My one disappointment was the zipper. In response to the 2-star review I left, the seller contacted me in the comments and offered to provide a replacement AND was willing to change the color; however, try as we might, Amazon did NOT make it easy to connect. I was unable to contact her because I was outside of the return period, and she was not able to see my contact info either. When I went to the seller's Amazon page to contact her through there, Amazon x'd out my email address included in the email...so she STILL was not able to connect. One year later, I received a letter from her. She'd figured out a way to contact me, and reiterated her offer. She sent me a replacement in the new color I'd requested, with an upgraded zipper that supposedly has a minimum 3-yr lifespan and is manually tested. The new bag (which is LOVELY) also came with a long, adorable handwritten letter from the owner explaining everything, plus an additional courtesy gift. She persevered a YEAR later to provide me with my replacement, along with a gift and a lovely personal note. I'm happy to upgrade to five stars...she went above and beyond, and truly, the bag is lovely. If this zipper holds out, I will be VERY VERY pleased with the bag. ******************************************************************************************************************************* Loved this bag when I first received it. I traveled through airports and stuffed an AWFUL lot of stuff into it with ease. Unfortunately, though the bag has the capacity for a large amount of items, the zipper cannot handle having the bag overstuffed. Within a month, the zipper began to separate, and though I'd always fix it, it's to the point now that I pretty much can never zip it. I bit the bullet and bought myself a Coach.

The bag is a great purchase for my everyday work life. It fits 16 inches laptop and also holds a lot of stuff i need to carry to work. Good compartments and the zip quality is good. Its looks huge though but is very useful for corporate. Been using for 3 months now. Its durable. Its not very heavy. And definitely looks professional. I would remove one star because the material is not the best quality but is not bad either.

Oh my gosh, I love this. The color, the quality, it's all perfection. It fits my laptop and all my stuff that I need to teach each day. Highly recommend!

I bought this bag after reading about it in a networking group I am a part of online. I loved the bag I received! It had great pockets and organization options inside and the outside felt durable and looked chic. My mom saw it and wanted one right away. I decided to buy her one for Valentine's Day. However, the bag she received (as we found out from the seller) was the old version with a different organization system on the inside and no outside zipper pocket. Not a huge deal and still a great back- but I can't put in words how much my mom loves pockets in a work bag. We contacted the seller and she was very kind and understanding and sent us the new version of the bag! I waited to write the review after using my bag for at least 1 month and receiving my mom's new bag. My bag still looks brand new after being used everyday and my mom loves her new bag with all the pockets! My only critique after using it for a bit is that the laptop pocket is almost too soft. I wish it held its form a bit better so I could slide binders and notepads in and out of the other large pockets a bit easier. Love that the padding is there, but wish it kept its form longer.

Update, 2 months after purchase: The main zipper broke, and it will not close. I don't like carrying it open as it holds an awkward shape. I am sure the seller would replace it, but I'm switching back to a backpack. __ I have been carrying a purse and backpack to work for years and was tired of carrying 3 bags on days when I brought my lunch. I started searching for a work bag that I could also use as my purse. In my initial searches, I found that the prettiest bags cost upwards of $300! But then I came across this one - very reasonably priced and also very pretty. I have owned this for a couple of weeks now, and I love it. It holds my laptop and ARC notebook. I use the center zippered section for my wallet, Altoids, and other purse items. I use another compartment for my work items such as my pouch for pens/headphones, my umbrella (it's at the bottom) and my laptop charger. I don't have any problems zipping the top closed, although I have read others have had that issue. I only marked this 3 stars for travel because it can get relatively heavy with all my things, and the shoulder strap isn't padded for carrying long distances for for long periods of time. Suggestions for improvement would be to add a key leash and maybe a few additional small pouches- perhaps on the sides of the center section(s) to put a wireless mouse and other misc items. Overall, happy with this purchase for the price!
