Navaris 2x Hedgehog Balance Pods - Set of 2 Spiky Fitness Domes for Sports, Foot Massage, Stability Training, Balancing Therapy in Multiple Colors

I'm using them for my dogs rehab following surgery to repair her cruciate ligament. I borrowed these exact ones from her physio before buying a set, I looked into others but it's not exactly a technical product so I couldn't see the point in buying the more expensive ones and these were available with prime delivery. They're cheaper than the paw pods which at the time worked out at £10 for each pod and I only need two for the exercise the physio prescribed. She's been fairly good about putting her front paws on them, I expect she'll get better the more we use them. I've been using them spiky side up, the spikes are quite hard but they aren't sharp. You get quite a nice massage type feeling when you stand on them, despite feeling the hard spikes it doesn't hurt. They came inflated but not overly inflated, just the right amount that they squashed a bit so you get the instability you need, and we used them straight from the box.

Nothing to dislike! Very helpful for me and my balance, strengthening as a whole body experience 😁. You must be prepared for pain if you over do it🤪…..I only did that once. Start with a few seconds depending on your your disability and then for me I gradually increased or decreased the time according to the day I’m having. I hope it helps you as it has me.

The product is amazing! I can use it for exercise or just stand on it to help circulation on my feet! After using it feels like walking on clouds! The only issue was that it wasn't noted if they were inflated (they do) or not, so I purchased one pump that I apparently don't need Overall well done! A great product with great colours

These are absolutely brilliant for teaching dogs rear end awareness! Something not all dogs have instinctively and where many joint issues or injuries occur because of this. They inflate quickly and can be adjusted depending on what level difficulty you need. The colours are great and the hedgehog “prickles” make the grip on the domes nice for the dogs as well as a sensory target

A must have home exercise prop. Feet are often an afterthought when it comes to exercise and people don’t appreciate how important it is to maintain good balance and good posture. Healthy feet aid mobility in later years and these pods are easy to include in a daily routine with maximum benefit

Came inflated, I find it strange the colours don't match. It's quite painful to stand on them barefoot but a nice pain!

I'm having physio on my back which entails improving my balance. These pods are great for standing on as they are firm and larger than they look in the picture. I have to wear trainers to stand on them as I find them uncomfortably hard with bare feet.
