Love this brand of biotin! I'm 6 months in and I have found that it's helped the healthy of my hair and the growth( 6+ inches of new hair growth). The 2 cons for me was biotin increased my need to drink/pee more and the biotin pills liked to stick to each other. Overall, a very good vitamin brand!

Weak nails, try Biotin. I selected this product because it is organic and non GMO. I had weak nails for many many years. Dr prescribed biotin once a day. 5000 mcg worked wonders for my weak nails. I could not keep long nails due to how thin and weak they were. After taking this product they don't break or split as easy and have grown thicker and longer. I saw results in about 3 months. This is OK for me because my nails were weak for so long. So waiting for results, no problem. Worth it.

I'm torn on what to rate this. My hair does seem to be growing well since I've been using this biotin, but I haven't noticed a huge difference in nail strength or health, they are still thinking and tend to peel a lot. My skin is also not seeing any changes. But I'm happy with my hair so trying to keep the faith that the rest will change soon. I haven't noticed an increased energy level at at. As far as the capsules themselves, they have the slightest sweet flavor, stay in their shape in the heat, though I do have to give the container a shake occasionally, nothing really melts. They are a pale white-ish somewhat clear color.

My mother-in-law was using this and felt it helped with her thinning hair and brittle fingernails. She suggested it to me about a year ago and I have been taking it ever since.
