Bought for my husband who suffers from Plantar Fasciitis. Although they haven't taken the pain away completely(this condition is notoriously difficult to alleviate apparently) he said they have helped reduce the pain. I also think it can't hurt for his foot to be more cushioned when he walks. The heel pads look well made and feel soft. They fitted into his shoes easily and are really good value for money.

They are comfortable but only problem I noticed was they sometimes moved and I have to take my foot out of the shoe and adjust. I bought two lots to use in four pairs of shoes. On the whole good value for money.

Waiting to get physio for acute tendonitis ( however you spell it !!) in left Achilles tendon and bad in the right. Been limping painfully for weeks. Dr suggested heel lifts. IMMEDIATE transformation and can almost walk pain free!! Absolutely great, ordered another set straight away . Very happy Addendum 30/05/19. I may be pushing them a bit hard but they are not massively robust around the edges the thinner bits seem to be breaking off in shoes that I am constantly putting on / off. That said still brilliant and have enough sets to cover all my shoes now !!

I have very sore heels, (a combination of hard and cracked skin). these bring some relief but slide forward after a very short time wearing.. Maybe not a big problem if you wear slip-ons as you can remedy the problem quickly, but I need these in laced up boots, so when they move out of place it becomes extremely uncomfortable..I might consider gluing these in place..I will update if it's a success.

Ouch! That's about all I can say! The heel seemed ok but there's a big step at the thin end of the wedge that makes it feel like your socks have got rolled up under your foot. Not comfy at all. Going back to my old ones that are properly tapered

I bought these to alleviate the tension on my achilles during various workout activities; I use them doubled up (i.e. two in each shoe) and I am very pleased with the results. I particularly like that they stay put, are very easy to wash, and they dry almost instantly. They are also very substantial - I have been using mine for 6 months now and they are still as springy as the day I got them.

Pleased with the pain relief and comfort initially but then the stickiness while in the same shoe, diminished and it started to move when worn and caused discomfort. Not using them anymore
