there are no bands. however, the sweater wears very well. it still looks new

I assume so as it is branded genuine cashlere and the wool is very soft. I cannot be certain as it did not occur to me to ask them.

The sizing is all wrong, please correct it. a us medium is not 20.9 inches chest, etc. what is the correct sizing?
