Wash off is an option not a must. You can leave on as long as you wish.

Q: How long does each application work for?

It varies depends on the situation. Tensed muscles after extreme exercise or injury usually 1.5 - 2.5 hours. Cramps sometimes as above and many times for the whole night / day. Stiff shoulders - after one / two applications (one hour separated) usually for the whole day.

Q: I have got arthritis in my kness would it work for that?
