This was my first time trying a product by this brand. The cream was safety packaged and in perfect condition. It is 1.6fl oz in size. My thoughts: - brushed glass jar feels substantial and luxurious in the hand - the cream has a light and pleasant fragrance; It's hard to describe but I'd say it's perfume-like - the cream is thick; it feels light yet rich/moisture-holding when applied to the skin - the skin noticeably feels plump and hydrated but without a greasy residue - the cream absorbs well and does not sit on top of the skin - I have combination skin with some parts being dry and others oily -- and feel like this cream is effective at balancing my skin type in the morning when applied at night. Overall, this is a high quality face cream. I love that it contains avocado oil and hyaluronic acid. It is effective and I do recommend it.

Comes in a gorgeous glass jar! Has a pleasant light fragrance to it that does not linger long after application. Moisturizer is gentle! Applies evenly to skin and absorbs into skin quickly—never sitting on top of skin. Works well in the morning before makeup and at night! No greasy feeling or stickiness.

I really like this Liz Earle Skin Repair Light Face Cream. It ia lightweight, and yet truly delivers long-lasting softness and moisture to my skin. It has a light, pleasant scent that dissipates quickly after application. It goes on smoothly and easily, and a little goes a log way. This light cream absorbs fast and does not leave a greasy or sticky residue. I apply it after my serums. My sensitive skin loves this cream - no irritation at all! The packaging feels elegant and substantial. I am definitely a fan!

I like this lotion--it has a mild scent and it's moisturizing. I would not call it light weight though. It's too heavy to wear with makeup. Instead, I save this for PM and apply it after my Differin gel before going to bed.

This is a good moisturizer. I like to use it at night since it has no SPF in it. It says lightening but I didn't really see any difference in my freckles or pigmented spots on my face, but i suspect I would need a deeper treatment for those. The lotion was not greasy or tacky, it absorbed nicely. It does have a scent but it was not overpowering. It didn't react with my other skincare that I used, or irritate my skin at all. It left my skin soft and moisturized without feeling sticky or like it was too much. I could go to sleep without my face sticking to my pillow. I prefer the tubes to the jars because I don't love sticking my fingers into product, and I wish it had a seal on it, but those were my only issues. It's a really nice night moisturizer.

This Skin Repair Light Cream by Liz Earle has been a pleasant reminder for me that luxurious feeling skin care does not need to cost a fortune. When I ordered this moisturizer I was unfamiliar with the brand, but now I'm not likely to forget anytime soon. It was love at first feel. I don't know why this cream feels so uniquely decadent to me, but it is just so sumptuously soft and velvety going on that I feel like I'm getting a spa facial. After using it my skin feels incredibly soft, and it looks a little plumper and firmer. But mostly it just feels ridiculously soft, like I just used a $300 cream. If this is their "light" cream I would really love to experience their "rich" cream... I am getting tremors just thinking about it, LOL!! There is added fragrance in this cream and it is very pleasant but not overpowering. To me it smells floral, perhaps like roses but also slightly medicinal, like there might be some tea tree oil mixed in- whatever the blend is, I like it a lot. In looking at the ingredients this product looks well balanced. It contains hyaluronic acid, glycerin and propanediol for humectants, and avocado, borage and soybean oils for emollients. It also contains plenty of ingredients for calming/soothing, repairing, and fortifying the moisture barrier layer to protect against environmental stressors. It is an all-around excellent moisturizer for everyday use, and frankly I am smitten. The only ingredient in this moisturizer that I am unfamiliar with is borage seed oil, which comes from the Star Flower plant that grows in the Mediterranean region. This botanical is a rich source of gamma-linolenic acid, which provides excellent hydration And helps to retain it, plus it reinforces the skin's boundary layer, and is an anti-inflammatory. Between this botanical and the avocado oil I think I know why I am loving this moisturizer so much. Currently this face cream is selling for $39.99 for the 1.6 Oz jar. You know what I'm going to say- that is an excellent value for such a opulent feeling moisturizer. This jar now has a permanent spot in my skincare lineup. Highly recommended Made in Great Britain

This is an excellent facial moisturizer and definitely feels great on the skin. I have my favorite skincare products but this is on my radar if for some reason the products I love are no longer available to me. It's been moisturizing enough where it could be the only product on my face after using toner.

Lightweight and moisturizing. Feels pretty good on my skin. I wouldn't say it's my favorite but it is a decent facial cream. Not a strong scent, would be good for sensitive skin.
