I purchased this neck stretcher hoping for some relief from daily neck tension and stiffness, and it has exceeded my expectations. The material is breathable and soft, not scratchy or stiff, and I really appreciate that the cover is washable and colorfast—it still looks new after multiple uses. The fabric is a soft and cool fabric that does not hurt or scratch the skin when filled; the device takes a full shape that straightens the neck even unintentionally. After removing it, there is a satisfying feeling, as if the tension has been released and the neck feels light. It is easy to fill and also easy to deflate for other uses

I’ve used this product many times. I won’t deny that it has a relaxing effect. However, it’s not possible to stay in an inflated position for too long. While this isn’t entirely due to the product itself, when it’s fully inflated, the bottom part applies firm pressure on the neck. Since the lower section is a bit stiff, it can irritate the skin or even cause discomfort. My advice to the product developers would be to make the areas that touch the chin and the lower parts out of a softer material — that would make it much better. Lastly, I do use it and will continue to do so. I absolutely acknowledge its benefits, but I can’t help wishing it were a bit more comfortable.

After a diagnosis of bulging disks in my cervical spine I was looking at options to avoid surgery. My neurologist sent me to physical therapy where I did stretches and traction that greatly improved the pain I was having and my mobility. I was concerned after leaving therapy my spine would just set back into the position that caused my anguish so I purchased this for home use. It is easy to use and pretty comfortable. It has been keeping me pain free using it just a couple times a week. Very satisfied with the results.
