There is nothing that I don't like about these supplements. They do take time in order to see results and you have to do your part (good diet). As for exercise, it would help but it isn't necessary as I don't do it but I've lost 3-4lbs and have been able to keep it off instead of fluctuating. These supplements are gentle on the stomach. I've had no adverse effects even when I take them on an empty stomach. I would buy these again.

A nice quick fix for breakfast with some fruit and coffee and the kids in the hose loves them

The trustworthy value of this product is real. The picture makes the box look smaller than its gigantic size. And the box is full and heavy. You will have a hard time finding the real deal at a better price anywhere.

I don't know why they don't sell Apple Jacks over here. They sell other cererals over here. It's the apple cinnamon taste I have missed.

These are great but obviously as an import it is pricey. Nice treat though!
