The tiles are beautiful, solid black with bright designs. Very visible colors with great readability even across a table. The tiles are heavy, but not overly so, and a nice size for your hand. The box they come in is decorative and beautiful, and fits nicely on any shelf.

This is an amazing mahjong set that is so well made that I can see it being a future heirloom set for my family. The pieces are heavy and solid, with intricate carvings and beautiful hand painted inlets. The dice are standard, the box is made of a suede like material that is soft and pretty. Very happy with this set.
