It is wonderful supplement for people having insulin resistance. It helped me with some proper fat distribution and thus some inch loss. Although I took it only once a day. No sideeffects. I feel it is better than metformin. Folius lab berberine product is best

I have been taking it for almost 2 months now. My blood sugar is down to between 110-120 from 300+. Of course I have made some serious life style changes. But Berberine has definitely helped.
