Amazing
It is the best supplement a girl could have. I could see the difference in a week my hair fall reduced like magic . Skin glows and I feel energised. Only con that I found was it increased my appetite so I started eating more which is not good when you want to loose weight.

Smells horrible! Fishy oil smell. Cannot consume - so not effective.

Strong Fish Smell ,Can't Digest
I don't know the effects for this capsule, because I tried only 2-3 days and just could.not continue. The fish like smell is too strong. They have tried to make it minty, but I think that just worsened it. I had to vomit out one capsule, as it felt so weird after swallowing. So if you are vegetarian and hates anything close to fish. Please avoid.
