This scooter came packaged very nicely with minimal assembly, all I had to do was attach the handle bars and we were ready to go! This scooter has 3 speeds low medium and high. Low goes about 5 mph and high at 20 mph. This scooter has a head and tail light that you turn on with one press of the light button and press it twice you turn on some pretty cool side lights. The breaks on this scooter are very responsive. I recommend you drive it slowly at first so you can get used to the breaking. This scooter also come equipped with a bell which is not only useful, but kinda fun too. This is a very nice scooter for cruising around the neighborhood, amd can get you about 20 miles before having to recharge, but if you plan to use it for commuting and are riding it on high at 20 mph, you will only get about 13 miles before needing to recharge. I wish the charge would last longer on high, because i like riding fast. The handle and arm folds down, making it easy to pick up and carry with you, but is a little heavy. So if you don't have too far to carry it, you will be fine. There is a port near the bottom of the arm where you plug the charger in which has a rubber cap to keep water out. Overall this is a very nice scooter for the price. I love it! I wish they could come up with a battery that would last longer on high speeds for longer riding.

So amazing the bonus son loved it for his Christmas birthday present. It does move very quickly and has a very good speed on it the basket is quality made so that we could put even something as heavy as a 30 Rack in it yes we were testing to see how it would hold. It is a little fast so I wouldn't buy for any child that is under the age of 12

Scooter would not charge. Tried the troubleshooting instructions in box. Nothing worked. Tried to return it and seller gave me the run around. They did not want me to return it for a refund. I asked for a return label that they said they would provide and they gave me a ransom address but no return label. They then wanted me to break open the scooter and fiddle with it. I refused. They then told me to go to a scooter repair and pay out of my pocket. The worst scooter and the worst seller. Don't bother buying this scooter at all.

So far so good. It's awesome. I can now keep up with my 8 yr old Autistic son while he runs everywhere at a huge park, then when he's tired he rides back to tahoe with me. Awesome tool!

Item delivered working. After charging several times, and showing full charge scooter would not turn on. Contacted seller who provided instructions to resolve the issue. Do not turn on power while plugged in to charger, it sets a battery protect mode and the scooters board has to be removed to reset. Seller was very responsive to messages sent trying to resolve the issue and their steps worked.

The scooter was easy to assemble the instructions and video very helpful. The product was carefully packaged and easy to open without any trouble. The scooter rides smoothly and very comfortable and all attachments were easy to assemble. Charging component with easy access. Very well pleased with this product. A very good purchase.

We're having weird issues with this thing. To start off with the good, it's super cute and really sturdy. My daughter loves it and it is really fun to ride. The bad...we're having issues with charging. There is a connection issue with the battery charger and the battery. We plug it in at half battery power, and when it connects to the charger suddenly the battery screen shows its completely drained then the screen flickers off. So we leave it plugged in for the 7 hours...come back, and it wont turn on because its so dead. We then unplug it and leave it alone. Then we come back to the scooter, and suddenly its fully charged and can be ridden. We've contacted the company to see if they can fix this so hoping they can! Will update when they do. If they cant fix it then we'll be sending it back. Only because eventually I think itll stop charging.

I love this scooter sooooo much! It has been a joy to ride and I get compliments on it every single time I take it out. If you keep it fully charged every day, it has surprising pick-up & speed. I added a basket to the front and a crate to the back so it carries a chunk of groceries. I recommend adding rear-view mirrors. The lights are super bright. It was easy to assemble.
