I bought this is a crypto only laptop so I’m not really putting it though any real demanding paces, but it’s got excellent ratings, has performed without a hitch and was a great price point for the light duty work that I am looking to do on it. Great laptop with good speed and decently sized screen as well.

I had a very hard time with this at first, with some VPN and wi-fi resets and with some of the Windows 11 upgrades - had to pay someone to fix after hours of research that led me nowhere. Now, the good news: I have since removed my Norton anti-virus and it is behaving much better. Keeping fingers crossed that the next windows 11 updates will go more successfully. All else seems to be working well🤞🤞

Total trash. Never really worked very well. Lots of bloatware and bugs right from the start. It would not hold a socket on the wi-fi. The fan was always blowing on high from day one and less that six months later it totally bricked. I do not recommend buying even though it has some very nice quality components they just never really worked well together. I suppose it's still under warranty. I will try to get a refund and go back to my trusty ASUS! Oh, and the screen quality sucks! I will rate this seller after I deal with them on the return and refund.

Very disappointing, Acer is a good company and I was looking forward to using my new laptop, but it is overheating on a flat surface with good ventilation. Additionally, File Explorer is crashing and hanging constantly. I needed this for my business, but I don't have time to debug a brand new computer.

I give this Acer notebook, 5 stars. Because I have had 3 Acers over many years, with out to much problems. and for the cost it's is very well worth it. This unit is fast, and with my internet connection, O.M.G. I trust Acer, this is my newwest one, I also have a back up. In the event I do someting dumb.
