I bought this is a crypto only laptop so I’m not really putting it though any real demanding paces, but it’s got excellent ratings, has performed without a hitch and was a great price point for the light duty work that I am looking to do on it. Great laptop with good speed and decently sized screen as well.

I had a very hard time with this at first, with some VPN and wi-fi resets and with some of the Windows 11 upgrades - had to pay someone to fix after hours of research that led me nowhere. Now, the good news: I have since removed my Norton anti-virus and it is behaving much better. Keeping fingers crossed that the next windows 11 updates will go more successfully. All else seems to be working well🤞🤞

Stay away from this computer! I was excited to purchase this new laptop. It had been years since I bought myself a new computer. I’m a high school teacher so money is tight. After doing a bunch of research I landed on this one. Because we were busy with the end of the school year it took me a month to set it up. No small task to transfer info & set up bookmarks & wifi, etc. Now, just 3 months later this piece of crap won’t work right. The screen keeps going blank right in the middle of work & won’t come back even by plugging it in & doing a full reboot. Also, the power cord feels wonky. The backlit keyboard & screen are nice—when they work—but the computer also falters when loading pages on the web browser & opening basic Microsoft programs. So not fast like they claim. I totally regret this purchase. Hopefully a local computer tech can problem solve the issues for me but at who knows what cost.

Short battery life - 3-4 hrs Sometimes, it is impossible to close an audio icon (like my cursor does not see it) When it is in sleep mode, it can be with a black screen (it happened with my previous Lenovo), so I need to restart it. But still I like it for the price.

I'm very happy with this laptop! It's fast and holds a decent amount of memory. Fits in my backpack and is lightweight along with being really slim too. I bought it mainly to do my work when I'm on the move. I didn't even realize that it was also touchscreen. I don't use that feature, but it was surprising when I realized that. It hasn't given me any problems so far and it's worked really well for me.
