The color online and what arrived was slightly off. I gave it 4 stars just for color , more almond tint than expected. But honestly they work as a pair for me in the neutral category so perfect to mix with any color you are wearing and great with brown boots or by itself with a loafer - your call. They do fit over knee. But I wish the cable knit was a bit softer. I definitely would buy another color if provided and would order again from this company. The price point is competitive. I would hand wash these & lay flat to dry.

These socks are great. They don't quite come up to my thigh, they hit me just above the knee, but I have long legs (36 inch inseam.) I fold the cuff over and wear them as knee socks which fits my purpose just fine. I also have giant feet (size 11) and the foot part fits great without too much stretch. My toes poke through lots of commercial socks after only a few wearings because they are never actually big enough for my feet, but these socks don't seem like they will be a problem. I've got several pair from Moon Wood and they all wash and wear well. I'm very happy with them.
