These combs are absolutely perfect for my thick, wavy hair. The handles fit comfortably in my palms, the tines are well-spaced, sturdy, and very smoothly polished, the greenish oxidation of the wood is beautiful, and even though the sandalwood fragrance is definitely "enhanced" it *does* smell very nice. These were packaged well, in separate boxes within the plastic bag, and while the wide-tooth did have a little bit of the wood resin "spinning" between tines (might look like dust, fiber, or short pet hairs but it's just a characterisatic of certain wood types) it was very easy to remove. I'm genuinely amazed by the quality of these for the price, I'm hanging on to these like my life depends on it.

I love wooden combs in general and this one is a bit more "robust" (good for undoing tangles) then others I have at home and in my purses. Workmanship really nice; worth the price! Wood smells very good. A good find and clear recommendation! 🥰

I love this wooden comb. Very simple but solid and works great. This is the second one I have purchased and enjoy it. Would definitely recommend. Perfect size for my hand. The teeth are not super close and cut down on ripping my hair out. My hair is thick and it works great.

These combs are really nice. There is a little bit of of weight, but that’s a good thing. The comb teeth are smooth and feel really nice against the scalp. I like that these do not pull my hair like some other wooden combs have. I would recommend to anyone looking for wooden combs👍

I really like this comb, but I'm not going to lie, it didn't reduce static electricity in my hair. It also doesn't smell like sandalwood, or not as much as I expected it to from other reviews. That being said, it's a great comb and I think it's worth 5 stars. I lost my hair to chemotherapy two years ago and it is it's just now shoulder length. I find that the comb does not get a lot of hair stuck in it, nor does it get the thick oily residue on it that my plastic comb did. I think it is easier on your hair than the traditional plastic combs, and, as someone who wants to be as gentle as possible with their hair, I'm glad I got it. The set came with two combs, and teeth on one were too far apart for my hair so I gave it to someone with thicker hair and she likes it. I had never known wood combs existed, although I can't think why! I really like this comb and recommend it with the caveat that you'll still have static in your hair. If you wet the comb before using it, that will take out the static.

I am a guy and my hair is naturally curly, I would say my curls are a 3B curl type and I keep them at a short length only slightly in front of my forehead. This comb works great with my hair in the shower, I am careful to only use it when my curls are wet, otherwise, it is the afro city for me. The comb is a little smaller than I thought but incredibly sturdy. To be fair, my hands are big and even controllers for video games can be somewhat small for me. But the comb is solid, it does not feel flimsy. You can use this comb to style your hair a bit outside the shower, but if it is curly like mine be sure to only use a/this comb when it is still wet/damp. I was born with my curls and no comb or brush will work dry on curly hair, I guarantee it. So don't use this comb on your hair while it is dry then get upset when it does not work. It's a curls thing. As for the smell I read about from other reviewers, my comb did not come with a weird smell. It simply smelled like raw sandalwood but it was not strong, and also do not expect it to smell like a Bath & Body Works candle because it does not. As for color, the comb came with a light brown color to it, but not as light as the photo in the listing. It had a somewhat dark shade to it. I assume it is the green that the description mentioned but it is not easy to see as of yet. When I used the comb in my hair, I felt an immediate difference in comparison to my shower brush. It was the shower brush you can get from Marshall's, looks exactly like the Crave glide brushes but with colorful patterns (flamingos.) When I used that brush (plastic) I could feel a pulling. It was never harsh or painful, but I could feel the pull even in the shower and it left my hair with flyaways like static. When I used this comb (in the shower) I had to make sure it was actually in contact with my hair because I felt no pulling at all. The comb just glided right through my hair and after styling it had very little flyaways. I assume with time and extended use, the difference will become more apparant. Overall, a great purchase.

I love this comb! It’s smooth, very sturdy and beautiful. It’s hefty, which is good for thick hair. It has a gorgeous, polished wood grain. It just glides through your hair. And, it’s not plastic! I use it every day for combing my long, thick, curly hair, and for detangling after washing my hair. I bought one for each of my sisters.

The comb has a slightly different colour from the seller's photos; otherwise the rest of the features are as described by the seller. Works great, combs very smoothly, easy and comfortable to hold. Comb's size is just right, neither too big nor too small. Great to use at home or for travel.
