I'm prone to shave bumps, ingrowns, and irritation when I shave my body, even if I use great quality razors and shave cream and a good technique. This was not the first time I've tried a product containing AHA/BHA to help with post-shave irritation, but it was the first time I've been completely impressed with only one use. Kiehl's has so many good products, so I knew this would be a quality formula. It's working out great so far. I love that this is gynecologist tested (in addition to dermatologist) so we know it's safe to use on the bikini line area. Along with the acids, this includes nourishing and hydrating ingredients. My skin loves jojoba oil so I was happy to see that included. The pairing of the acids with all the hydration is chefs kiss. I much prefer this to the pre-soaked pads type products. The formula seperates, so you need to give it a good shake before dispensing. A little bit goes a very long way. The bottle may be small, but if you're only using it on targeted areas, it'll last a while. I used this immediately after shaving, as well as on the second day. It does not burn going on, no irritation. My skin looked (and still looks) so much better than it normally does. The area is brighter, no redness, zero bumps, and zero ingrowns. Honestly, cannot recommend this enough. It's a must have for me for swimsuit season and all around.

Good texture, gentle, but haven't seen any improvements on my skin and ingrown hair dots yet.
