Watery and smells like citronella
I have really dry 3b/3c curls. I was expecting this product to be moisturizing and oily feeling, because it’s supposedly made from oils. Instead, the product is watery and smells like a citronella candle. I used 1/2 the bottle before I gave up on it and ordered something else.
