These omega gummies are a great way to get some extra vitamins and omegas into my daughter's diet. They taste delicious, and she loves them! I'm not entirely convinced about the plant-based omega 3 source, as it needs to be converted by the body and might not be as effective as fish oil. However, the added vitamins are a definite bonus. I'm already supplementing my daughter with fish oil, so it's not a major concern for me. Overall, these gummies are a tasty and convenient way to boost her nutrition, and I'm happy with them.

As a grandparent, finding a supplement that my grandkids will actually enjoy taking can be a challenge, but these Kids Omega 3, 6 & 9 Gummies have been a hit. They are sugar-free, vegan, and gluten-free, which aligns well with our family’s dietary choices of being sugar free and gluten free. The fact that they are plant-based is a significant bonus for me. I like knowing that my grandchildren are getting their essential omega fatty acids without the nasty fishy aftertaste of my youth (cod liver oil on a spoon style). Each gummy is also packed with 8 essential vitamins that support my grandchildrens overall health. The taste is quite pleasant ... my kids actually ask for them and I have to keep them hidden from the youngest as if she had her way, she would eat them like sweets. These gummies have a nice chewiness that makes them a fun treat rather than a chore. My only reason for not giving a full five stars is that I wish there were a bit more in the month supply; with two active kids, we go through them fairly quickly. However, I would definitely recommend these gummies as a tasty and healthy alternative to traditional fish oil supplements.

Feels a bit oily which can put off some kids, but it's fairly good taste can be good for most kids, I think. Still not convinced this will stay in our household bit it can be good to try if you are after something like this
