Excellent mouth tape. I have used other brands which have either fell off in the night or stuck too hard. Alpha Sleep are just right. They stick well to my mouth and beard and are easily removed in the morning without losing hair! I definitely sleep better using them, it has reduced the volume of my snoring and cut it down, not quite eliminated it according to my wife. Good value for money considering the price of some brands. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Pros: Got 7.5hrs solid sleep which is by far the most I have had in well over a year. Stuck really well. Stretchy, which I wasn't expecting, but actually made it really comfortable. Cons: Tore a bit of my lip skin off upon removal :(

First time trying mouth tapes which I love but couldn’t stand this product as it’s got a very strong odour that lingers the entire night. I kept waking up from the odour. Couldn’t continue using after 3 nights. Returned product.

Due to my snoring, I saw mouth strips recommended on Amazon so I bought a pack and I've got on with them better than I thought I would have. Initially, I found removing them a little painful with some loose skin from my lips coming off with the strip but found some suggestions about using warm water which did help. I was also a bit apprehensive about having something that would stop me from breathing through my mouth as I sometimes get nightmares where I feel as if I can't breathe but no side effects yet. The strips stay on all night and stretch nicely so they don't feel uncomfortable. A little tip for first time buyers-don't try and peel the paper back off from the edge. The paper is actually perforated in the middle so split it there and peel off. Overall, I've felt I don't snore as much (using a sleep app on my phone shows the frequency of snoring has certainly dropped) but hasn't been a total cure. Regardless, I do feel as if I have deeper and better sleep even if it feels a little odd at first.

Awesome product. Fold in two to easily access the two paper sides & stretch over mouth. For best results wash your face & use a toner or rubbing alcohol on sides of your mouth to remove natural oils/grease from the skin & they will stick wonderfully until the morning. About to order my second bag.

I’ve had a problem with snorting for a while and I’m aware that my wife does sometimes get disturbed by it so thought I’d give this a try. I’ve monitored my sleep through an app from time to time so also used it when wearing these. On the plus side, the app does show a reduction in the volumes of noise from snoring that it recorded. The first few attempts showed a 60% drop in the snores recorded so that seemed a positive and encouraged me to keep using them. However my main problem is that I just can’t get them to stay on whilst I’m asleep. They seem to stick firmly enough at first, but by the morning they have disappeared from my mouth, stuck to the duvet somewhere. I’ve been through 25 nights so far and not once have I woken still wearing one. Initially I put this down to how I was using them. They seem to stick very firmly which took some getting used to so. They seemed difficult to remove at first so I would have an uncomfortable sensation and want to remove them which was initially tricky. I started off by curling over an end slightly which relaxed me a bit more so I could remove them if required. If they weren’t stuck in the right place at first and I had to remove and reposition them, they do seem to lose some stickiness so I put down them coming off as a result of that. However, even after getting used to them, I still couldn’t get them to stay on all night. Maybe subconsciously I’m removing them but I have yet to wake with one still on. I guess the effectiveness will vary from person to person and whilst I’m now only getting a 30% reduction in noise, it’s something. I may try some more when this batch runs out, they are on sale from time to time so that might encourage me to keep trying, or I may try another method. I didn’t have any skin reactions of irritations and didn’t notice any issues with smell so from that perspective there was no issue with them, I just can’t get them to last the night to really see how much my snoring has decreased.
