We used this about 10 times and the suction cups all are falling off. It's too bad, because the cushion is quite nice. But we are using this for a person with physical limitations and those cups NEED to hold the cushion down for safety. Way too pricey for the quality.

Very comfortable and the suction cups keep the pillow from moving around. I have not laundered it yet, but the included mesh bag looks to be of good quality as well.

It can be a bit heavy when full of water, so need a strong place, over a drain, to hang up up for up to a day.

Maybe it's me but I can't get the suction cups to stick well some of them do but most of them don't it could be me though I don't know the separate headrest is nice I use that all the time and only occasionally use the body pillow but it does help keep weight off of your tailbone especially if you fall asleep in the tub like I do
