Good price for basic unbleached AP flour.
Still packaged in paper, (3 were, 1 was in plastic?) but with a 9 -10 month expiration date it works. Good price for basic unbleached AP flour. Mix it 1:3 with org whole wheat for a more elastic crumb, and actually nutritious bread.

A smart buy for me . Its defnitely white all purpose flour .
The color was the same as any white flour, and no off white or yellowishness. It's definetly not brown .
