Cora 100% Organic Cotton Topsheet Pads (24 Extra Heavy Overnight Pads)

As soon as you open one of these up, you can tell the incredible difference in product quality. These immediately look and feel like a clean, non toxic pad. It is so soft and there's nothing that feels itchy or synthetic which could be an irritant. As far the product goes... Oh My God! I have HEAVY flows... like to the point I now have to use full blown menstrual underwear for the first 3 nights of my period (shout out to Rael period underwear!). I wear overnight pads for every period, all the time because I am always afraid of leaks with smaller pads. This brand reaaaaally holds up with no leak between changes. When I first ordered them I was making the switch from Always because I wanted to get something safer for me and eliminate as many toxic chemicals as I could. I left one on as long as I could to test how much they held so I could know more or less what I was working with moving forward (and to make sure they didnt totally suck). I did this on my heaviest day. Felt insanely gross but I was able to do 8 hours and no leaks! AMAZING! I was moving and adjusting in my desk all day, got up a million times to do stuff for my kids... I know I made this thing flex but absolutely no leaks. Anything more than that and I probably would have leaked but i never go that long without changing it anyway. I was beyond impressed. My Always pads wouldn't have held up at all on my heaviest day for half of that time. I am so glad I've made the switch and found a smaller brand with better quality. I've also switched to Cora tampons and highly recommend.

These are perfect for postpartum! They’re long and wide enough to give you plenty of coverage. Love that the top sheet is organic and there’s no chlorine

Used these post op for endometriosis surgery and they were perfect for the light bleeding and heavier bleeding. My cycle started a couple days after surgery and got heavier and I had no spillage. I usually hate wearing pads but these felt really comfortable. I didn’t feel like I was wearing a pad or sitting in my own blood. I love that it’s organic cotton as that’s usually my go to when I wear tampons. These also absorbed any dribble and I didn’t have any odor with these!!!

I’ve finally found the perfect non-toxic pad! I was a loyal Always user for years, but after making the switch to Cora about two years ago, I will never go back. I wanted to try cotton pads and honestly I think I’ll go back to what I used to use. I plan on using these up, but they weren’t my favorite. They would leak a little in between the padding and the wings if I walked around with them too much almost as if it shifted and bunched, and it would soak through the wings where it looked like it shouldn’t. Weird. Totally fine otherwise for wearing when going straight to bed and taking it off as soon as possible when waking up. I guess that’s their purpose, but I like bigger pads like this for in the day sometimes too and these just weren’t cutting it for that. Good enough to use up, not my favorite and likely won’t seek out more. Probably decent for people who prefer cotton pads like this, though! Just pay attention and be mindful of the potential for the weird leaking through the wings issue!

switched from Always to Cora brand. best decision I made for my health, this is really good for anyone of sensitive skin , eczema, dealing with irritation, and more this is the first time I’ve felt comfort down there when I switched brands the price is more yes but your health is worth it the Always brand is very dirty and cheap not good for any women’s health at all. In the long wrong it could save you trips away from the hospital less infections for you and more comfort.
