First, I think the actual BP measurement function is very good and, I believe, to be accurate and repeatable. The cuff is comfortable. I deduct two stars because the app has a problem syncing and transferring readings from the monitor to the app. It's just not reliable. Update: The monitor bricked. Won't turn on anymore. Putting it in the charger also gets no response. So much for German engineering. I bought this in March and it stopped working about three weeks ago. OK, warranty right? Beurer wants me to ship it back at my expense! In this day that kind of CS doesn't cut it. Don't buy from these guys.

Came dead in the water. No matter what I try it always gives ER3 which the manual says means the cuff is not correct but I have gone by the directions and it still never works. Also it never deflated after the various trys so now it's just full of air and useless.

Bought this direct from Beurer, it is useless. The other reviewer is spot on about the error. No matter how tight or what position I tried it just gave me a positioning error. Avoid at all costs!
