After using more than a week I must say this is the perfect pillow for cervical or spondylosis patient as it supports neck very efficiently and reduces neck pain. It is light weight and very comfortable. Must have for peaceful sleep

I provided my bank details to Amazon for a refund, but they did not refund the amount to my bank account but instead to their own account, providing me credits.
