Tastes like a bomb pop from back in the day but it is superrrrrr sweet. You will need to add water. Clean after taste. So technically one bottle goes a long way because I use about 1/4 or have and then add water and use the remaining for another time.

Kids enjoyed it low sugar, grab and go with a good variety

prime hydration caught me off guard. i wasn’t expecting much—just another flashy sports drink—but this variety pack made me rethink what “hydration” even means. it’s not just about replenishing electrolytes or avoiding dehydration. sometimes, it’s about enjoying the moment while doing something good for your body. each flavor brings something different, but ice pop? that’s the one that stops time a bit. it tastes like summer break when you were nine, chasing the ice cream truck barefoot. cherry, lime, and blue raspberry all in one—it’s sweet, sure, but in a way that feels intentional. not cloying, not cheap. just… right. for me, the sweetness is perfect. it satisfies without making me feel like i’ve drunk melted candy. my daughter disagrees on most of them—she says they’re too sweet for her—but even she loves the ice pop flavor. that one we agree on. nutritionally, it checks all the boxes: coconut water, electrolytes, b vitamins, zero added sugar. it’s nice to feel like something can taste good without asking for a trade-off. if you’re on the fence, try the variety pack. you’ll find one that suits you—and maybe get a little nostalgic along the way.

Reasonably healthy for you too. I'm glad I bought this and I went through five of them very quickly. This is one of the better things the Paul brothers have done.
