This foot massager is very effective. It has many different settings to accommodate different needs and tolerances. It was delivered on time and well packaged. The customer service is responsive and exceptional.

I ordered this for myself as a teacher appreciation gift. As soon as I got home I opened it up and loved how it was just plug in and use. I tried out several of the different settings and love them all. I used it off and on for about 3 hours because it just felt so good. By the time I stopped and went to bed my feet felt so much better. They had been hurting me all week from dealing with a rolled ankle on one foot and a jambed toe on the other foot. I woke up the next morning and used it before I even got started for the day. I love it so much. Even my young daughter likes it. She has tried it a few times just to feel the rollers go over her feet. I did use the heat function a few different times and can say it warms up fast and feels good. My feet sweat like crazy so I don't use it much, but when I first get home from school I will definitely use the heat for the first 15 minutes. It is not loud at all. The only sound I really pick up on is when the air releases for the compression feature. Overall I would definitely recommend, so much so I'm thinking about getting another one to use in my classroom on breaks.

It was no remote but I knew that when I ordered it. I had to contact the company as the ac adaptor plug was defective and broke through the metal. I take care of my stuff so it wasn't me. The metal around the plug terminal on the cord is very thin and actually wore through in a very short time (within weeks). The factory sent me a replacement for free and also offered to refund my purchase which was a pleasant surprise. It works well but I will tell you you need to turn it off in most cases before removing your feet the massager really holds you in there. There are adjustments. It is really helpful for my feet and I also purchased their chair insert as well which I can also recommend. The company seems to stand behind its product which can be rare these days. I think if you ordered one you would like it. I've had several guests try it out and they all also were very positive about the massage it provided.

I just got this delivered two or three days ago. I was concerned about whether or not it would do the job for me after reading some of the reviews I am a female and wear a size 9 shoe. I have edema in my left foot and leg From my limited experience with this machine, it does the job well the shiatsu massage hits from my toes to the arches of my feet to my heels. The compression is good most of the time I keep it on one or two I don’t use the heat I don’t think it would be a good fit for people Whose feet are larger than mine I feel as if I’m pretty much filling up the space that’s there with a woman’s size 9 foot. It’s a bit heavy to maneuver since I spend most of my time in a wheelchair but overall I am very happy with the purchase.

Was so excited to receive my COMFIER foot massager today, and even more excited to try it out. First off my feet size 10 feet had plenty of room. Sad to admit I didn't even read the book as the controls were marked clearly on the top of the machine, and were self explanatory!! I will read the manual later, nice to have as most suppliers don't provide manuals anymore. My feet have been killing me since I had chemotherapy. I now suffer from neuropathy a side effect from the chemo 😞. I'm hopeful this is short term, but who really knows. Time will tell. I ran it with all controls on except heat. Let me tell you that my feet feel better than they have in the last two weeks since my last chemo treatment. It was a relaxing foot massage, not to hard, but just right! I'm sure I'll be back in it again tonight 😁. This is the best gift I've bought for myself in a very long time . Buy one for yourself you won't regret it !!
