Great supplement for many issues to include helping with sleep. Every one of new age products that I have bought have lived up to the reputation with successful results.

This stuff is AWESOME. After taking it 2-3 weeks I feel great! Way more energy and motivation. Helped me start feeling myself again after some hard times postpartum.

I have tried another highly rated mushroom capsule product that requires taking 3 per day and has only 3 types of mushrooms, compared with this product that requires 2 capsules per day and has 6 types of mushrooms. Both products are very good but i prefer this one. I feel more energized all day long versus starting to dip in the afternoon, with the other product. I also felt relaxed at night. Interestingly, usually I drink a lot of coffee to get going in the am. However, with either mushroom capsule product I've tried, both reduce coffee drinking to 1/2 to 1 cup. I think this product achieves that more. It is not a conscious reduction of coffee drinking.... it just is kind of natural... I get busy instead of sitting around drinking coffee. Yes, it tastes like mushrooms but drink with coffee or a flavored drink or with water, drink it fast! The taste isn't horrible. I will be reordering this product. I like also that you just take 2 capsules and they have more types of mushrooms than the other product. Both are priced similarly but this product seems a bit more cost effective for 2 capsules/day, and 6 types of mushrooms.

Works really well! Helps with focus and keeps me energized a bit. I use this sporadically, so I don't build a resistance to it. 1 month on then 2-3 weeks off.

I’ve been taking mushroom supplements for over two years but have been taking these specifically for about a little over a year. I have the subscription and have them automatically sent every 2 or 3 months. These are easy to swallow, don’t smell or taste like anything. They’ve boosted my energy levels, my focus and I’ve just noticed a positive difference in my general health over all. I recommend these to almost everyone I know!

My 3 stars is only because this stuff worked as a powerful laxitive on me the one and only time i took it. I work outside and dont always have access to a restroom so i didnt think it is a good idea to take them at this time but my wife really like it.

Still trying to see if they are helpful, but they seem to be good quality.
