I was looking for something to improve my recovery routine and this was perfect! I live in New York City, so a full dry sauna is about a 20 min commute for me. I would love to do sauna every day but that wasn't as realistic. Until I found this sauna blanket! I've been using it everyday for a week now and I feel my recovery routine is complete. I bought a different one at first and returned it because the heat was too low and quality was not good. I'm so glad I found this one because it gets pretty hot and gets the job done. It heats up super fast, about 7 minutes for max heat. This one is much higher quality and easy to use. I sweat a ton and surprisingly it's super easy to clean and the material feels clean after each use. It comes with a nice carrying case that fits nicely in my closet. I've been looking for something in between my dry sauna sessions and I'm so glad I finally found one that works and is worth it.

I bought this because it’s the only one I could find that heats up high enough to be beneficial and BOY do I sweat! I use it after a late night at work to prep for bed or after I’ve had an alcoholic drink to prevent me from waking in the middle of the night. It’s good stuff! I consider buying a second blanket depending on how often you use it.

Not the same as a dry sauna. Was in there for 25 minutes at the highest setting (185 degrees) and did not sweat nearly as much as a dry sauna. This product is like a warm blanket at most

Incredible. Premium experience at home. If you're looking for a soothing, calming, hot sauna experience at home with minimal space this is the device to buy. Been toying with the idea of building a sauna or buying a full IR sauna, but the expense and size aren't really viable. So instead I researched all the sauna blankets. The heat pod to one out by a large margin. Sure, it's expensive, but here you absolutely get what you pay for. It's the hottest blanket and the magnets at the top keeping the heat with easy access to getting out. Everything about this feels premium. It packs up easily, heats up in 10 minutes, And absolutely relaxes me like a sauna. I follow directions and took a few days to find the right time and temperatures and let my body adapt. After a week I'm now at 178 for 40 minutes and it's perfection. I can immediately tell that my muscles, body, and fascia are more pliable and relaxed after I get out. I know it's not a traditional sauna, but to me, it beats out having a large wood infrared sauna that doesn't heat equally. The heatpod 2, evenly heats my entire body. So if you've got the cash, this is absolutely the sonic experience to buy for anything short of actually building a traditional finish sauna. Heck, even if I had a sauna, this thing works inside the house, heats up in 10 minutes and cleans super fast. Glad I bought it, and recommended to anyone who can afford it that wants the benefits of heat therapy and relaxation. I recommend putting on a meditation app and unplugging from the Internet, and buying a towel insert and the additional heat pod pillow and leg rest. I've been doing it every day. I like it so much! I bought it on the website where they threw in the free Hydragun Atom which is cool.

I bought this sauna straight from the manufacturer. I trusted CNN which gave this a good review. I will never trust CNN again. This item does work as advertised. It warms up which is what I was looking forward to because I have a problem with feeling cold all the time, especially in my hands and feet. But I am seriously thinking about returning this item because it is WAY TOO BIG and bulky. First, this takes up a LARGE amount of floor space. The instructions state - put this on top of a yoga mat or something like that to protect the floor. I have no yoga mat that is big enough that this sauna blanket can lie completely on top of the yoga mat. I tried using two beach towels. That sort of works. And the instructions also state wait until the blanket has cooled off before folding it up. This means the sauna blanket stays on the floor for at least an hour after I am finished with the sauna blanket. It is so heavy and bulky that I cannot completely unzip it. If I completely unzip it, it is too difficult to get the zipper back onto the zipper track. I am a little person. I don't need such a big blanket. I asked the manufacturer. They do not have a petite version. This blanket also requires more maintenance than I imagined. If you perspire a lot, you really have to wipe down the blanket completely after each use. Also, in a normal sauna, the air is very hot so I get the sensation of warmth quickly. In the sauna blanket, the air is normal temperature, only the blanket is hot. So I do not get the sensation of warmth as quickly. So again, it works as advertised but it's WAY too large and bulky and clunky.

This has been great in my holistic wellness routine. I enjoy using it at home after a long day or workout when I feel tired and unfocused. I just enjoy the warmth. I don't really know much about all the health benefits of sauna use, but it makes me more relaxed. The blanket was easy to assemble, and can be folded away. It feels well made and high-end. The blanket gets warm pretty fast and time flies when using this, so soothing!

10 out of 10, I am thrilled to bits with this product. I received it a couple of days ago from the USA but realised I required a stepping down transformer from 220v to 110v advised by an electrician. I had to wait an extra day for the transformer named Lvyuan 800w to arrive. I used it for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. I checked the reviews on YouTube prior to purchase and the reviews are honest and true. I also ordered the item based on quality, and that it has zero EMF. I slept very well after my use, the experience was like going to a regular sauna but much better. I used the highest settings for 45 minutes which was very hot and I had a good sweat from head to toe. I played relaxing music in the background which made it magical, taking my thoughts to another level and it was very relaxing. It's also very very easy to use, comfortable and comes well packaged.
