I ordered this pillow around 19 weeks pregnant and have been using it since (now 26 weeks). I mainly needed to make sure I didn’t roll over onto my back while sleeping, and it does help with that. But as I got heavier, the support felt really good on my back too. I didn’t realize how much it helped support the bump until I took a couch nap the other day without it and felt a pulling sensation on my side. This thing is great and so much less bulky than those gigantic full body ones - much easier to take when traveling and doesn’t kick my husband out of our queen size bed, ha. Covers zip off for cleaning as well.

Personal preference but I didn’t love this. I was uncomfortable and ended up purchasing the full body pillow instead and it was worth it. This pillow is good for the beginning stages of pregnancy when your stomach is still small, but i grew out of it rather quickly.

This pillow worked great to keep me off my stomach through my second trimester. Now that I’m in my third, I can’t breathe very well when I’m in this pillow because it positions me more on my back than my side, but I just took the Velcro apart and use one side to put between my knees when I sleep. With my last pregnancy, this pillow was the best and I slept so well. It supported me where I needed it. This time I’m just having more trouble being comfortable and breathing while lying down, but it’s no fault of this pillow. I would still buy this again if I needed another one in the future.
