Works splendidly for the cost, up to 160lb on the variable grip tool, feels nice in the palm with consistent counting, built well and sturdy enough to not worry about breaking it. The additional tools work well and come with a booklet describing uses and muscle groups.

I think it’s a good group of items, but too small for my hands and I think if I keep up using it, it will help.

Bought this as a gift for my nephew & he loves it! He can build up his arm strength without having to go to the gym.
