Well, I love the product. I ordered it to hold a hand towel as pictured. I was a bit confused when the box arrived and showed that it was a toilet paper roll holder! It would be a pretty low, squatty toilet roll holder!! It worked out fine; confusing but fine

I love this towel holder! It perfectly matches all the hardware in my bathroom. The oiled bronze color isn’t always available in certain items , and this matched perfectly! Easy to put together, saves space, and it way prettier than my old towel rack. Great quality. I would recommend this product for sure!!

It's not suitable for hand towels that are the standard size. The towel won't dry. It's for very small towels. But if you ignore that, it does look nice, especially the crystal at the top.
