TAMIYA Spray Lacquer TS-72 Clear Blue TAM85072 Lacquer Primers & Paints

Highly recommend I use tamiya paints or the time fast drying and no drippings this is a Lauquer paint

This stuff is awesome, I used it to turn a clear facemask translucent blue for Halloween. If you want it to be clear enough to see through though, you cannot follow the instructions on the bottle. You have to put it on real thick, almost to the point of running, and it will come out crystal clear. If you try to do thin coats it ends up hazy.

Kind of runny, not a consistent even coverage due to pooling, and not blue but more of a turquoise color. That said it seems to be durable once applied.

Good color! I am experimenting with it to make a titanium finish look.

I tried this on a couple of small acrylic parts hoping that by spraying both sides that it would get darker, but it is still pretty light compared to the cap color. I'm not sure how many coats it would take!

sadly the color it shows is not the color you recieve

Does not come through dark enough. Take many coats to get a true blue, even with a dark base coat like gunmetal or dark grey underneath. Very expensive for having to use multiple coats on every single piece.
