Speakers sounds good. With the boat tuning of bass and treble are excellent but the sound as mentioned is 500w but isn't upto 500w of power. Sound is just mid. Quality is good. Bt connection and everything else is perfect. But not that loud.

I have purchased the product on 27 October 2024 I am writing my review after 5 months performance Product is really good and working fine, it was connected with MI 75 Inch QLED TV , the issue was started one by one The FIRST issue is Bluetooth synchronization, which is created frequent volume ICON popup in the TV without adjusting the volume, SECOND issue is sound is automatically going for zero even single press, THIRD ISSUE is sound bar power is not switching on and complaint raised on... Tue, Mar 25, 8:45 PM, Ticket Number is : 54847801: Status of warranty claim for the product Boat Aavante Bar 5500 DA Premium Black, technician's first visit on 12.04 2025 and he confirmed that the board is the issue and need be changed and he raised request for spares, on 16.04.2025 he visited and changed the PCB BUT PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED, sound bar is not powering on, the technician committed that he will come back again on 17th afternoon and resolve the issue but there is no response from him, after long waiting I called customer care on 25th Mar 2025 to communicate about non working condition of product as well as bad supportability, during the call i understand that " Ticket Number 54847801 is closed " without completing service, i surprised... and informed customer team to support on this " but as of now there is no response from Boat... which is handled by IMAGINE MARKETING ( "[email protected]"} very bad response as of now... In this frustrated situation why we need to buy boat product.
