Vinoclean Makeup Removing Cleansing Oil, Waterproof Makeup Remover

Honestly, this completely changed my acne-prone dry skin when I started using it over a decade ago. I always thought, “doesn’t oil make your skin more….oily!?”. The answer is NO. I’ve tried other makeup and facial cleansers and this has always left my skin feeling the best. It leaves it soft and supple (not tight, like a lot of cleansers) and feels really good on my skin. My tip: three pumps into the hand, rub together with your hands to warm up, apply on the face, then rinse with your hands and water from the sink again and again until the cleanser is off your face (don’t use a cloth or rinse off all at once). This was a trick I learned from a top esthetician and is fantastic for the skin.

so the secret is to use 2 pumps. with one pump I felt like I couldn't get it to emulsify. With two pumps it was smoother and there was better traction for the emulsifying step. I didn't break out. I noticed an improvement within a week. It hasn't solved everything (still some plugs) but double cleansing has been a game changer. You can see the grits/plugs come out with the first oil cleansing step Also like that this is a cleanser WITHOUT JOJOBA. I realize jojoba is useful. However, for people who are sensitive to jojoba it leaves few options. I hope they keep this formulation. I follow up with the Hado Labo foaming cleanser.

This was a gift the first time I bought it. I have bought it a half dozen times since. I have oily skin and never dreamed I could use this oil to clean my face. Now I am obsessed and would never use anything else. It cleans so well I actually look forward to how comfortable my face is going to feel.

The product quality is great, removes my makeup very well and my sensitive skin is not complaining. I just have one general problem with almost ALL Caudalie products - they are all expired. I’m using cosmetic calculator to decrypt the batch code. Out of 15 products I own, only two came unexpired. I ordered for Sephora and Amazon.

I have lupus and my skin is dry and fragile. This is awesome for removing makeup and even takes some of the redness out of my skin.
