Rope quality need to improve
Extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by the poor quality. The swing itself may look decent, but the rope provided for hanging is of absolutely terrible quality. Today, the rope suddenly broke and the swing fell down. This is not just about poor material this is a serious safety risk. If a product meant to hold weight cannot even handle basic usage, it should not be sold at all. The rope quality is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I would strongly advise buyers to replace the rope themselves. Very irresponsible quality control.

Good product with easy DIY installation
Its a good product with very easy DIY installation. The customer support is prompt, this shows they value their customers. Will share image once the area get properly cleaned & finished.

Terrible quality wood and parts are not matching
The parts supplied are not for the same product. I had to make holes myself. The wood is bad quality white wood. Its not teak or sheesham. See the white powder in my photo. Overall, its worth 10k not more than that. This product wont last long. It can break anytime. Please do not buy this. Look for other options for other sellers.
